Image Management

As the old adage says,  “A picture is worth a thousand words”.  Estam8 can store images of any item, attribute (color), accessory and accessory attribute. These images can be retrieved for reference and can be pasted onto any document at any time as the user would find beneficial. In addition to storing images of all of your products, Estam8 provides for storing photos, PDFs, scanned images and any other supportive image data that can be useful at anytime.  Images can be used for a variety of purposes, but regardless of the purpose, the intent is to communicate in a manner that words simply cannot.

Estam8 has included the Image Manager to service both your staff and your customers.  Very few of your staff members (if any) can (or should be expected to) remember the characteristics of every item they sell.  Very often they are forced to reference catalogues and sample boards when developing a quotation, ordering materials, or filling an order.  This process gets repeated each and every time, as each and every task is performed.  This process takes up a lot of valuable time and effort that is simply not necessary.  You spend a lot of time and effort in the selling process, all in an effort to supply your customer with the information that they need to make a purchase decision.  Regardless of how careful you are in your presentation, your customer simply does not have the knowledge base or predilection to remember or understand every detail that was discussed and often gets confused when changes are made.

The following are samples of images that can be stored, accessed and printed on any document to communicate with your staff and your customers, eliminating the possibility of miscommunication and misunderstanding.  There is no limit to the images that you can store and have available.  Some images can be used in combination and others alone.

Communicate a Door-Style

Communicate a Finish

Communicate a Pattern

Communicate a Shape or Direction

Communicate a Profile

And finally, as regards images,  in the months and years that follow;  long after the product has been installed, there may come a time when your customer will require service, or even want to match a product for a new installation.  These images will serve as testimony and evidence of what was provided, even if the product has been discontinued or your employees have moved on.
