For those who are self-sufficient and only occasionally need Help, we provide a Pay as you Use Help service. There are several different plans that you can purchase.
Our Gold plan is the most economical, you can pre-purchase two hours of Help at a time for the published fee. As you engage in help sessions, the time you spend will be deducted from the time remaining in your account.
At the end of each session you will be advised by e-mail of how much Help time was used and how much Help time is remaining in your account.
