For those who are self-sufficient and only occasionally need Help, we provide a Pay as you Use help service. There are several different plans that you can purchase
Our Silver Plan has been provided for those who would prefer to pay as they use. Most help sessions average around 15 minutes, some a little less and some a little more.
Consistent with that fact, Estam8 will provide a block of time - up to 15 minutes of help per session at a reduced rate in order to provide sufficient time to resolve most issues.
Our intent is to remove the clock as a distraction from resolving an issue.
In the event that a help session would need to be extend beyond the allotted time, additional time blocks can be purchased in 10 minute increments at an even further reduced rate.
The price for the Silver Plan is only $25.00 per 15 min.
